Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a 77aca account and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Service.

Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 77aca reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued in an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your place of residence. By creating an account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from lawfully using a gambling or betting service.

Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 77aca account. If 77aca determines that a player holds more than one account — including accounts registered under different phone numbers, names, or payment details — all accounts associated with that player may be permanently closed and any balance forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, you must contact support at [email protected] before attempting to log in or transact on either account.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

When you register a 77aca account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 77aca will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

  • You must provide a valid Bangladeshi phone number at registration. This number will serve as your primary account identifier and will be used for account recovery.
  • You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances. 77aca support staff will never ask for your password.
  • You must notify 77aca immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
  • You must not allow any other person to use your account. Any wager placed or transaction made through your account will be treated as having been made by you.
  • You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Failure to do so may affect your ability to recover your account or receive important account-related communications from 77aca.

77aca reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any point. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in restriction of account functionality including the suspension of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77aca platform are subject to the following terms. Players are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from payment methods registered in their own name.

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on 77aca is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 77aca wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may take up to 24 hours to process. 77aca does not charge a platform fee on standard deposit amounts, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad mobile money accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside of operating hours will be processed on the next available business day. 77aca reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
3.3
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a deposit that has been used to place wagers will be treated as a breach of these Terms. 77aca reserves the right to suspend the relevant account pending investigation and to pursue recovery of any funds lost as a result of fraudulent chargeback activity. If you believe a transaction has been made in error, contact support at [email protected] before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

77aca may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
  • Bonuses are credited to the player's account in the form of bonus funds and may only be used to place wagers on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
  • 77aca reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus funds and associated winnings if it suspects that the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of a system error, or in breach of these Terms.
  • A player may only claim each specific welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Claiming the same promotion multiple times through use of multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
  • Cash deposits and withdrawals are processed independently of any active bonus funds. The order in which real money and bonus money are used in wagers will follow the rules set out in the specific promotion terms.

77aca reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonuses already credited to player accounts in good standing at the time of the change.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77aca platform. 77aca reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below, and to forfeit any balance held in that account.

  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
  • Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Service in a manner not intended for human players, including any form of automated betting or game manipulation.
  • Colluding with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers.
  • Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to circumvent transaction monitoring, or using the Service to facilitate any unlawful financial activity.
  • Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent, or allowing a third party to use your account.
  • Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical vulnerability on the platform to place wagers at incorrect odds or gain an unfair financial advantage.
Enforcement Notice: 77aca employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77aca may void all bets placed during the period of prohibited activity, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77aca platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the property of 77aca or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content.

The 77aca brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 77aca. Unauthorised use of any 77aca trademark, trade name, or service mark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 77aca by users may be used by 77aca without restriction or compensation to the submitting user.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77aca and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications infrastructure, or force majeure events.
  • Any technical errors, bugs, or data loss arising from your use of the Service, provided that 77aca has taken reasonable steps to maintain the integrity and availability of the platform.
  • Any losses incurred as a direct result of gambling activity, including losses arising from any individual bet, wager, or game session conducted on the platform.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

77aca is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. As part of this commitment, 77aca provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from within account settings, and requires all players to engage with the Service in a manner consistent with these obligations.

8.1
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed. Requests to decrease a deposit limit will take effect immediately.
8.2
Self-Exclusion
Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in to their account, make deposits, or place wagers. 77aca will take reasonable technical steps to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the Service. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Underage Gaming Prevention
77aca is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect that a minor in your care has accessed 77aca, you must contact [email protected] immediately. We will suspend the relevant account and investigate the matter with full confidentiality. 77aca encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the rights available to you in respect of your personal data.

All data transmitted between your device and the 77aca platform is encrypted using SSL technology. 77aca does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the express consent of the account holder. Player account data will be retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations and then securely deleted.

Amendments to These Terms

77aca reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77aca will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may be delivered via a notice on the platform, an email to the registered account address, or an SMS notification to the registered phone number. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
